We work closely with Public Storage on maintenance of their signs and lighting, and we’ve retrofitted many of their locations signs and exterior lighting. In light of a long standing and prosperous relationship, Public Storage came to us looking to gain the same LED advantages for this locations office and warehouse interiors.
Public Storage has long been aware of the benefits of LED’s, having retrofitted their signs and premises lighting throughout the Lower Mainland over the last several years. Looking to further improve their facilities energy efficiency while decreasing maintenance costs, they were interested in retrofitting the interior of three Lower Mainland locations.

Our team assessed the sites, taking into account their existing lighting controls system and proposed retrofit solutions that would cost-effectively cut the energy usage in half, and reduce maintenance to near zero. The products used are backed by a 5 year warranty and have a 50,000 hour life span.
Over the 3 retrofitted locations in the Lower Mainland, Public Storage will see annual energy savings of 135 kWh, or more than $17,000 per year in electricity costs alone.
